  Bamba Forge has been creating opportunities and livelihoods in Uganda. Uganda is a beautiful country with some big problems. It is a country with one of the youngest populations in the world due war and the ravages of disease. In Uganda, if you are 30 years old or younger, there is a staggering 63% unemployment. I teamed up with Rustick Knives to create a really unique knife just in time for Blade Show 2017.   The billet was made from a handful of M134D Minigun barrels that Rustick processed for me into a 138-layer Damascus cladding sandwiching a 1095 carbon steel core! The silver line that separates the two is pure nickel. We chose The Gary Sinise Foundation's R.I.S.E.  (Restoring Independence, Supporting Empowerment) Program as the beneficiary of this charity auction.  They work tirelessly to provide severely-wounded Veterans with home modifications, adapted vehicles, mobility devices, and specially-adapted smart homes!   Come see us at Blade...
