Dashi MK1

The Dashi has been a staple of Hoback Knives for many years, made from time to time with many different kinds of blade materials from titanium to carbon fiber. The newest edition is made from CPM-S35VN and sports a titanium pocket clip/lanyard hole and a chisel grind.

Kiridashi knives are from Japan originally, where they were traditionally used as a small pocketable utility knife for general work.
